WHAT

Kick off your spring break fun at Science City and join us this weekend as EARLY LEARNING TURNS ONE, featuring a 6-ft tall delightfully festive (wooden) birthday cake.

With four new, not-so-little Early Learning areas “growing up” fast – we want to celebrate with YOU. All weekend long, participate in special birthday-themed activities and special birthday treats for the first 100 families per session.

It’s going to be a ONE-DERFUL weekend of fun. Bring your whole family to create, discover, and explore All Aboard, Goppert Creative Corner, Let’s Play and PNC Learning Lab as they hit a BIG milestone.

Regular admission rates apply. Masks are required for all ages 5 years and older

In December 2016, Science City announced plans to grow younger through its Early Learning Initiative to spark curiosity and creativity in Kansas City’s youngest learners. In March of 2020, All Aboard, Goppert Creative Corner, Let’s Play and PNC Learning Lab were finished to offer rich environments that engage kids in meaningful exploration and discovery.  All of this is now a part of the overall 100,000 sq ft footprint of the internationally-awarded Science City.
